Licensing & Inspection Performance
Looks at publicly available inspection outcomes across the compliance areas reviewed, the requirements that apply to the program, and the inspection history on record.

Complaint History
Considers documented complaint-related findings: the areas involved, whether issues recurred, how severe they were, how recent, and the reporting context.

Family & Support
Publicly reported program attributes are evaluated for the practical value they can bring to families and communities in New Hampshire. Priorities reflect support and access options considered especially valuable.

What is evaluated
Operating History
Combines publicly recorded licensing history, including license issue information and the earliest recorded licensing visits, with data obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests to determine a program’s operating start date.

Our proprietary algorithm interprets recency, patterns, and available evidence rather than simply averaging pass rates or counting complaints. Exact formulas, weights, and credit thresholds remain proprietary.
Make the next step clearer
The result is an understandable grade and component breakdown that helps directors focus their efforts. Buying a WingBook product does not improve the grade by itself, and the score is not a guarantee of safety or quality.
