Subprocessors

Replit

Purpose: Application hosting, infrastructure, database and storage services, deployment, technical operations, and application monitoring.

Information that may be processed: Customer Data stored or transmitted through the WingBook™ application, uploaded files, application records, technical logs, and related system information.

Clerk

Purpose: User authentication and identity management.

Information that may be processed: User identifiers, names, email addresses, authentication information, account metadata, login information, and related identity information.

Clerk is not intended to maintain children's childcare profiles unless the child is separately represented through a WingBook™ user account, which WingBook™ does not permit.

OpenAI

Purpose: Artificial intelligence and automated processing for WingBook™ features that use AI.

Information that may be processed: Information necessary to perform the user-requested AI feature, which may include text, records, documents, or other Customer Data submitted to that feature.

WingBook™ does not opt API Customer Data into training of general-purpose OpenAI models.

Standard API data controls may allow limited retention for security and abuse-monitoring purposes depending on the applicable API and configuration.

The following vendors support WingBook™ but are not intended to routinely receive child childcare records.

Stripe

Purpose: Subscription billing and payment processing.

Information that may be processed: Provider billing information, Customer contact information, payment information, subscription status, invoice information, transaction information, and fraud-prevention information.

WingBook™ does not directly store complete card or bank-account numbers.

HubSpot

Purpose: Customer relationship management, sales, support administration, and business communications.

Information that may be processed: Provider business contact information, sales communications, Customer relationship information, and support communications.

WingBook™ does not intend to use HubSpot as a repository for children's medical, health, developmental, or childcare records.

If a support issue requires discussion of Customer Data, WingBook™ personnel should minimize sensitive information included in HubSpot.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is an optional user-directed integration rather than a general-purpose Customer Data repository.

Where a user enables the integration, WingBook™ may exchange information necessary to provide the selected Calendar functionality.

Google information is subject to additional restrictions described in WingBook™'s Privacy Policy.

WingBook™ may add or replace service providers as its Services evolve.

Potential future categories may include:

• transactional email;
• SMS;
• analytics;
• additional monitoring;
• additional infrastructure; and
• additional AI services.

Material new Subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data will be added to this page and handled in accordance with WingBook™'s Data Processing Addendum.
